Our Services
At Elevated Window Solutions, we know how difficult it is for homeowners to start the process of replacing their old inefficient, and failed windows and doors. Therefore, we specialize in helping our clients navigate the window replacement process.
Our Process
In-Home Consultation
We will schedule an in-home consultation at your convenience to start the process. There are many options for windows and doors on the market these days; this is why we sit down and listen to your needs, wants, concerns, and expectations. Then we will ask questions and provide information to ensure we find the right product for your project. Over the past few years, lead times have played a significant role in which products will be available within your project timeline. As we assess your project, we will discuss any issues and concerns with each product line. Then we will take measurements and provide you with a quote for the product, installation, and servicing.
Written Contract
Once you have decided to move forward with our services, we will provide a written contract explaining the process and services provided in detail. This contract will help both parties to know what to expect moving forward and will help protect you as a client. Once the contract has been signed and submitted, including the deposit, we can move forward with the window and door order process.
Confirm Measurements
We will return to your home to take final measurements, verify all window and door specifications, and go through the order to ensure everything is as you expect. Once the order is confirmed and approved, we can proceed with ordering the windows and doors.
Determining Installation Date
Window and door lead times are the most significant factors in determining when to schedule the installation. Lead times have become one of the most important aspects of ordering windows and doors. Backing into an installation date from the estimated time the windows arrive will ensure a smoother process.
Installation Overview
To start the installation, the window or door will be removed from the exterior and disposed of properly. The complete removal of the original window or door means the new window can have the proper flashing tape applied for a complete waterproof installation. This process also limits the disturbance to the interior of your home. When we are in your home, we will lay down protection for the floor and the area around the window. We will work quickly and efficiently to leave your home clean at the end of every day.
